Nicholas T. Badalamenti

Nicholas T. Badalamenti defends and counsels clients nationwide in products liability matters for a variety of consumer and industrial products.  He also represents insurance companies in disputes regarding the scope of insurance coverage.

Nicholas is a trial attorney who represents clients in Michigan and State and Federal courts throughout the country.  He defends manufacturers and retailers of hunting, outdoor and recreational products, including tree stands, firearms, crossbows, arrows, and safety harnesses.  Nicholas also has experience with products utilized in the tree care industry, including log splitters, stump grinders and forestry skidders.

Nicholas’ product liability practice includes litigating cases involving product liability, breach of contract, misrepresentation, fraud, false imprisonment, false arrest, automobile liability, conversion, bad faith, violation of the consumer protection act and negligence.
