Neda Cate assists clients in complex civil litigation, including construction and business matters.

Neda has substantial experience in trial litigation preparation and legal research. She has represented design professionals, contractors and owners, among others, in several matters including general litigation, drafting and reviewing contracts, the formation and dissolution of business entities, and assignment of rights involving shareholder stock transactions as well as drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in hearings.

While studying for her Juris Doctorate at the University of San Francisco, Neda was selected to be on the trial advocacy team and was ranked highest in the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Trial Competition.
