Nathaniel Vasquez

Nathaniel Vasquez focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, regulatory disputes, and appellate matters. He represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as before the U.S. Courts of Appeals, handling a wide range of issues including contract disputes, business torts, trade secrets, aviation law, energy regulation, land use, insurance coverage, and employment-related claims. Nathan also has significant experience managing complex eDiscovery in high-stakes litigation.

Before joining the firm, Nathan practiced at national law firms in Denver and Seattle, as well as a regional firm in the Pacific Northwest, where he developed a broad, multi-jurisdictional litigation practice.

Nathan previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony J. Navarro of the Colorado Court of Appeals, where he gained substantial experience in appellate procedure and judicial decision-making. His appellate background also includes representing incarcerated and indigent clients through the University of Colorado Law School’s Appellate Advocacy Practicum, drafting appellate briefs for the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, and serving as a judicial intern to Chief Justice Monica M. Márquez of the Colorado Supreme Court.

Nathan is committed to delivering precise, thoughtful, and client-focused advocacy. He is the author of a published law review comment addressing intellectual property issues under the Colorado Uniform Partnership Act and is an active member of the Colorado, Washington, and Denver Bar Associations, as well as the Colorado LGBT Bar Association.
