Morgan Leon counsels corporate clients on business immigration and workforce compliance matters. Morgan prepares and reviews immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation and conducts legal research concerning visa classifications, labor certifications, and related compliance requirements. By working closely with employers to understand their organizational needs, Morgan helps develop immigration strategies aligned with business and workforce objectives.

Morgan serves clients across the oil and gas, energy, agriculture, and architecture sectors. This work includes managing immigration matters, monitoring changes in immigration laws and policies, advising clients on potential workforce implications, and communicating with government agencies to address case-specific issues. Morgan also supervises paralegals and coordinates the timely submission of immigration filings, bringing an organized and collaborative approach to matter management.

Before entering private practice, Morgan served as an in-house attorney with the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County. In that role, Morgan oversaw records management compliance, implemented policies under the Texas Local Government Code, and reviewed contracts for compliance with organizational policies and applicable government requirements. Morgan also worked with procurement teams to review requests for proposals, analyze contract sourcing, and prepare contracts and purchase orders containing provisions designed to protect the organization.

That in-house experience gives Morgan additional perspective on the legal and operational considerations affecting corporate decision-making. Morgan has researched and advised on matters involving business operations, employee benefits, federal funding, governmental compliance, regulatory requirements, labor and employment, litigation procedures, open records, and contract administration. This background informs a practical approach to corporate immigration counseling that accounts for both immediate filing requirements and the broader business environment in which employers operate.
