Meghan Todd supports attorneys and clients through all stages of estate planning, probate, trust administration, and other legal matters. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in law firms, courts, and government legal offices, she helps clients navigate legal processes while ensuring matters are handled efficiently and with attention to detail.

Meghan has extensive experience managing client communications, coordinating case activity, preparing legal documents, and supporting attorneys in complex matters. Prior to joining Clark Hill, she served as a paralegal for a regional law firm, where she conducted client intake and meetings, managed case files, prepared pleadings and legal documents, and assisted attorneys in estate planning, probate, trust administration, family law, criminal, and traffic matters.

Earlier in her career, Meghan practiced law in Michigan, supporting an estate planning and probate practice. In that role, she worked closely with clients and attorneys, prepared estate planning and probate documents, assisted with accountings and tax filings, coordinated matter management, and facilitated client signing meetings.

Her background also includes experience with Michigan’s district courts and county prosecutor offices, providing her with a strong understanding of legal procedures, case management, and client service. Meghan’s combination of legal training, practical experience, and client-focused approach allows her to provide valuable support to attorneys and clients alike.
