Laney Patinsky is a civil litigation attorney with experience representing individuals in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including tort and breach of contract actions, across state and federal courts. Laney regularly handles matters involving insurance coverage disputes, liability and debt collection cases, business tort issues, and other high-stakes commercial disputes

Laney focuses on delivering efficient, results-oriented representation through all stages of litigation. Laney brings a strong foundation in trial preparation, motion practice, and case strategy to every matter.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Laney served as an extern with the Maricopa County Public Defender’s office, where she gained hands-on trial experience and exposure to courtroom advocacy. During law school, Laney also served as Managing Editor of the Idaho Law Review, demonstrating strong legal research, writing, and leadership skills while overseeing the publication process.
