Kody Luczak represents clients in a variety of civil and commercial litigation cases. Kody has extensive courtroom and mediation experience, including successful advocacy at both the trial and appellate levels.

Kody has experience representing individuals and businesses in both Pennsylvania and Florida in various areas of litigation, including breach of contract suits, non-payment disputes, insurance actions, and claims arising through tortious interference with contractual relations.  He also represents construction companies and contractors in a range of disputes, including payment disputes, mechanics’ lien claims and defenses, delay, and construction defect claims. Kody has experience involving first-party property coverage disputes in Florida, including advising clients through the pre-suit process and all stages of litigation involving assertions of breach of contract, as well as related extra-contractual issues.

Kody’s experience before the judiciary allows him to provide practical and cost-efficient litigation strategies to come to a successful resolution. His comprehensive approach ensures that clients receive tailored representation and strategic guidance to achieve the best available outcome.
