Kevin Simmons litigates in a wide range of civil matters, with a particular focus on construction and municipal law. He represents individuals, businesses, and local governments in disputes involving real property, contracts, and statutory compliance.

Kevin’s approach centers on understanding each client’s goals and developing clear strategies to achieve favorable outcomes, whether through negotiation or litigation.

While earning his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law, Kevin was a member of the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute and the school’s mock trial team, experiences that honed his advocacy and courtroom skills. During law school, he also worked at a legal aid office assisting clients facing eviction and served as a law clerk at Clark Hill.
