As Chief Operating Officer of Clark Hill, Kevin Demorest leads the firm’s business operations with a focus on strategic execution, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. He works closely with the CEO, Executive Committee, and Business Unit Leadership to ensure the firm’s infrastructure and support functions align with and advance its overall strategic goals.

In his role, Kevin oversees Finance, Information Technology, Real Estate, and Business Analytics. He directs key operational initiatives that enhance firm performance, drive innovation, and improve client and employee experience. His leadership supports the continuous improvement of internal processes, data-driven decision-making, and scalable growth.

Kevin previously served as Chief Financial Officer, where he led the firm’s finance and accounting functions. In this role, he oversaw the firm’s financial planning and analysis, treasury management, and client accounting. He was also instrumental in the firm’s growth efforts, playing a key role in mergers and lateral acquisitions.

Since joining Clark Hill in 2011, Kevin has helped shape the firm’s operational infrastructure. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Government from Harvard University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Detroit Mercy.
