Kelly Webster

Kelly works with clients to prepare for filing bankruptcy and assists in managing their case through the conclusion of the bankruptcy process. She also assists with preparing a variety of pleadings to protect creditors’ rights and interests, including proofs of claim, stay relief, and adversary actions.
