Keishunn Johnson represents clients in civil, tort, and complex disputes, assisting with all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, and dispute resolution.

Keishunn has experience drafting and arguing substantive motions, managing discovery, analyzing evidence, and developing litigation strategies in high-volume matters. His practice includes preparing motions for summary judgment, motions to compel, motions to enforce settlement agreements, and other key pleadings that help advance client objectives and position cases for favorable outcomes.

Before joining Clark Hill, Keishunn managed large litigation caseloads involving consumer disputes and gained courtroom experience representing clients in juvenile dependency proceedings. He regularly conducted fact investigations, reviewed evidence, communicated with clients, and developed case strategies tailored to the unique circumstances of each matter.

In addition to his litigation experience, Keishunn has worked on matters involving technology agreements, regulatory research, privacy issues, and business-focused legal analysis, giving him a broad perspective on the legal and commercial considerations that can affect disputes.
