Katelyn Leeviraphan is a dedicated attorney representing both companies and individuals at every phase of litigation, from initial case assessment through appeal. Her practice encompasses a wide range of complex commercial and civil matters, including contract disputes, business tort issues, and other high-stakes commercial disputes.

In her role, Katelyn conducts in-depth legal research and crafts compelling legal arguments that are tailored to advance her clients’ interests and maximize favorable outcomes. She is highly skilled in appellate drafting and procedure as well as in drafting critical pre-trial pleadings and motion papers. She works meticulously to develop case strategies that anticipate and address the evolving demands of litigation. Katelyn’s attention to detail and strategic insight allow her to provide comprehensive support throughout the litigation process, ensuring that her clients are well-prepared for each phase.

Katelyn’s experience includes serving as a judicial intern for The Honorable John A. Kronstadt in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making. Additionally, in 2023, Katelyn was selected as a member of the California Lawyer’s Association Committee on Appellate Courts, which further enriches her understanding of appellate procedure in California.
