In addition, John represents clients in tax controversies at all stages, including audits, appeals, and litigation. He has experience resolving disputes with the Internal Revenue Service involving trusts, estates, and high-value assessments, working to achieve efficient and favorable outcomes.

John also advises on tax implications in business transactions, including acquisitions and asset dispositions, helping clients identify risk, enhance tax efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
