Jody Oliver has experience and knowledge in a broad range of legal areas, such as complex commercial litigation; commercial real estate, corporate/business and commercial banking/lending.

She began her legal career in Minnesota and has more than 30 years of experience. She has previously been employed with a national law firm in Phoenix and brings to our firm her broad range of experience. Her real estate experience includes due diligence, title analysis and survey review, her corporate includes formation and annual reporting, audits and response letters, mergers and acquisitions; banking with an emphasis on lender representation, including loan assumptions, workouts, receiverships, foreclosures and Trustee’s Sales.

Jody is highly experienced in all phases of litigation, including document control and analysis for production and privilege; preparing and maintaining privilege logs, database management, drafting discovery requests and responses, assisting with depositions, arbitrations, hearing and trial preparation; filing and e-filing of pleadings; review of documents; and providing trial support, including setting up the trial technology, in both state and federal courts; and assistance at trials, hearings and administrative hearings; pre- and post-Judgment collections including preparation of replevins, earnings and non-earnings garnishment pleadings.
