Jeffrey S. Osgood

Jeffrey’s work has involved representation of hospitals, physicians, and hospital and medical facility management companies in numerous state and federal court proceedings, non-binding mediation and binding arbitration proceedings.

Jeffrey has completed the basic and advanced arbitration training provided by the American Arbitration Association, as well as the forty-hour course for mediators. He has served as a sole arbitrator and member of a three-person panel in the arbitration of numerous claims for the American Arbitration Association.
