Jay Evick

Jay Evick has over 8 years of U.S. immigration-related experience in managing complex immigration matters and preparing all stages of NIV petitions including H, L, B-1, J-1, TN, and E applications on behalf of a variety of industries and clients. Jay also has a wealth of experience in facilitating and coordinating employment-based and family-based permanent residency and naturalization petitions.

Jay coordinates with clients to facilitate and maintain lawful immigration status and filing applications with appropriate government agencies, such as USCIS, DOL, and US consular offices worldwide. Jay’s prior immigration experience in both law firm and university settings has allowed him to understand the complexities of NIV and IV petitions.
