Jamielah Yancey

Jamielah has experience managing all phases of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, depositions, motion practice, witness preparation, and trial support in state and federal courts. Her work includes advising clients in expedited disputes, cross-border matters involving data privacy considerations, and regulatory enforcement matters.

She has represented clients in trade secret and employment litigation, civil rights litigation, FOIA matters involving multiple federal agencies, and litigation and regulatory matters for investment banking clients. Before entering private practice, she served as an extern in the Office of General Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she worked on matters involving federal securities laws and enforcement issues.
