Heather Park

Legal Recruitment Manager

Heather Park is responsible for Clark Hill’s attorney and paralegal recruitment efforts across all practice groups for the West Coast offices.

Heather works with Practice Group Leaders and Directors, and the Director of Legal Recruitment, to implement the firm’s recruiting and hiring initiatives across the West Coast.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Heather worked in the recruiting department at an Am Law 100 firm where she focused on law student hiring and coordinating the Summer Associate Program. Before moving into recruiting, Heather worked in the Educational Technology space in Los Angeles.
