Hannah Donahue advises businesses on data privacy and cybersecurity law, guiding them through regulatory compliance and legal response to security incidents.

Hannah advises clients on responding to and recovering from security incidents, including investigations, remediation, insurance coverage and claims, regulatory reporting and notification. Hannah works closely with business teams, insurers, law enforcement, forensic experts, and vendors to guide clients through complex cybersecurity challenges.

Her experience also includes counseling communications clients on regulatory compliance and policy advocacy before administrative agencies.

Hannah earned her J.D. from LMU Loyola Law School, where she completed a concentration in Cybersecurity & Data Privacy with honors and served as Chief Technical Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. Prior to practicing law, Hannah worked as an advertising media strategist and filmmaker.
