Gia Marina is an advocate for individuals in court for preliminary hearings and trials for matters covering criminal defense, civil rights and insurance defense.

Gia litigates civil rights cases for plaintiffs who are victims of Constitutional Rights violations including excessive use of force,discrimination based on race, deliberate indifference to serious medical needs, and conditions of confinement. She also counsels and defends clients charged criminally for fraud, drug possession and trafficking, assault and battery, and driving under the influence causing death or substantial bodily harm.

She also defends insurance cases with allegations of negligence, breach of contract, assault, battery, and other actions based in tort law, for clients ranging from private non-profit organizations to title companies and companies in the entertainment industries.

Gia prioritizes guiding her clients through the entirety of their case, often recognized for her excellent communication skills and client care. Her clients appreciate that she ensures clear understanding of the legal process and the steps being taken to reach a favorable outcome.
