Gia defends insurance cases with allegations of negligence, breach of contract, assault, battery and other actions based in tort law, for clients ranging from private non-profit organizations to Title Companies and Entertainment industries. Gia litigates civil rights cases for Plaintiffs who are victims of Constitutional Rights violations including excessive use of force and discrimination based on race.
