G. Daniel Carney consults on firm litigation with various in-house committees and assists the firm with issues involving ethics and professionalism. He previously practiced in product liability and toxic tort cases.

He is formerly a litigation partner and the Litigation Department Chairman and has been with Clark Hill since 1966. He previously focused his practice in products liability, medical device, toxic tort, railroad, and commercial litigation. Dan now serves the firm in an Of Counsel relationship, consulting on firm litigation, consulting with various in-house committees, and assisting the firm with issues involving ethics and professionalism. In addition, Dan is a FINRA Arbitrator Chairman Qualified.
