Eoghan Clear has practiced as a Solicitor in the private sector at both Principal and Partner level. For more than 40 years, he has engaged in a wide range of legal activities, advising clients in Ireland and internationally. He has advised corporate and private clients, trustees, educators, and local authorities. He has particular experience advising clients in relation to succession, estate, and trust planning.

Eoghan also has unique experience of delivering major infrastructural projects in Ireland, including roads, mainline rail, light rail (Luas), reservoirs, libraries, theatres, sports stadia, and civic offices.

He has served as a Director and Shareholder of private trading companies and many non-profit companies, and has provided specialist legal advices to these organisations. In addition, Eoghan has long experience of advising and representing international diplomatic consular missions to Ireland.
