Emma C. Jenevein

Associate

Emma C. Jenevein represents clients through all stages of the litigation process, focusing on commercial, construction, environmental, and healthcare litigation matters.

Emma has experience conducting legal and factual research as well as drafting pre-trial pleadings, motions, and propounding discovery.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Emma was a summer associate with the firm’s litigation group. She served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Renee H. Toliver in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Emma also has experience as a law clerk at a labor and employment boutique.

During her legal education at SMU Dedman School of Law, Emma actively participated in the First Amendment Clinic, representing underserved clients with free speech, defamation, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Texas Citizens Participation Act (TCPA), Texas Public Information Act (TPIA), and civil rights matters. She also served as an Associate Editor of the law school’s flagship journal, the SMU Law Review.
