Emily Hines is a Tax and Estate Planning paralegal. With a detail-oriented and client-focused approach, Emily plays an essential role in preparing and reviewing critical legal documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. She works with a wide range of clients—from individuals and families to business owners—helping ensure their estate planning goals are clearly documented and legally sound.

 

In addition, Emily also plays a key role in complex trust and estate administration issues, including probate proceedings. She assists with the preparation and filing of applications, notices, inventories, and other court-related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and state requirements. Her work often involves direct communication with clients, financial institutions, advisors, and beneficiaries, where she is known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to navigate sensitive matters with care and discretion.
