Elena Mak represents clients throughout all stages of the litigation process, with experience in complex commercial disputes, including business contracts and real estate matters.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Elena was a summer associate with the firm’s litigation group. She served as a judicial intern in Dallas County Court at Law No. 1 and worked as a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

During her legal education at SMU Dedman School of Law, Elena was a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Research. She also worked in the First Amendment Clinic, representing underserved clients in free speech and civil rights matters. She also served as an Associate Managing Editor of the law school’s flagship journal, the SMU Law Review.
