Eanna Marie Mejia is an associate whose practice focuses on civil litigation. She represents clients in a variety of complex disputes and brings experience handling matters involving general liability, personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage, and habitability claims. Her practice includes case evaluation, litigation strategy, motion practice, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining the firm, Eanna worked in insurance defense, where she advised clients on litigation risk, analyzed liability exposure, and managed matters through all phases of the litigation process. She has experience preparing substantive motions and pleadings, conducting legal research, collaborating with expert witnesses, defending and taking depositions, and developing strategic resolutions tailored to client objectives.

Eanna also gained valuable experience in family law through clerkship positions with California law firms, where she supported attorneys in complex matters involving divorce, child custody, support, and property division. These roles strengthened her skills in legal research, client service, case management, and dispute resolution.
