Denise Anderson

Denise Anderson has more than 20 years’ experience assisting public and private entities to navigate the complex world of environmental, energy, and water law matters.

Denise regularly works with land developers to assess and secure water supplies for their projects. Her practice includes all aspects of researching, documenting, analyzing, and perfecting water rights in the Southwest.

She regularly performs due diligence to determine the scope and breadth of water rights. She also works closely with special taxing districts and helps them to maintain their compliance with election laws and reporting requirements. Denise’s experience includes work with Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF) site mediation and evaluation for her clients. It also includes assisting the litigation department with large document review and production projects.

Denise works closely with various state agencies and has also been actively involved with drafting legislation and lobbying before the Arizona Legislature.
