David Hulett represents national and multinational clients in both litigation and non-litigation matters. David’s litigation practice includes representing corporate clients in complex commercial and business disputes, liability defense, and labor and employment defense. David began his career as an intellectual property associate assisting retail, technology, and food and beverage entities in registering, maintaining, and enforcing their state and federal trademark rights. David also has experience in the sports and entertainment industry, with a passion for assisting creatives in protecting their rights and assets.

As a trial attorney, David has represented small and large companies in commercial matters, as both plaintiff and defendant, involving breach and/or termination of complex contracts, misappropriation, trademark and copyright infringement, breach of warranties, unfair competition, fraud and other business torts. David also counsels corporate clients in pre-suit investigations, pre-suit demands and advises clients on liability and damage exposure analysis in pre-litigation matters. David is also an advocate of the underserved and engages in substantial pro bono work in his community. David is committed to providing sound legal counsel to his clients.
