David A. Jones Jr.

Over his career, David has represented clients at all stages of litigation in a variety of commercial and business disputes, including cases involving breach of contract, interference with contract, unfair competition, fraud, banking practices, breaches of fiduciary duty, and intellectual property. David’s practice is primarily in oil and gas litigation, where he represents mineral and landowners who are not paid the royalties owed to them by production companies, as well as disputes over ownership of oil and gas rights.
