Dana Singleton is a seasoned immigration professional with more than 20 years of experience managing complex employment-based immigration matters for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations. She has extensive expertise in both law firm and corporate environments, successfully guiding clients and stakeholders through all phases of the immigration process, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residency sponsorships, compliance initiatives, and global mobility programs.

Dana’s prior experience includes serving as an in-house Human Resources Compliance and Immigration Specialist for a global corporation, where she led immigration and compliance initiatives, supported global HR data privacy governance, and collaborated with leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Throughout her career, Dana has built a reputation for strategic thinking, exceptional client service, and the ability to manage high-volume immigration programs with accuracy and professionalism. Her experience spans visa categories including H-1B, L-1, TN, J-1, F-1, PERM labor certifications, I-140 petitions, adjustment of status applications, EADs, and global mobility matters.

Recognizing the importance of immigration matters for her clients, Dana is committed to providing each client with an intentional strive for excellence.

Prior to joining the area of immigration, Dana’s experience included working as a paralegal in Mass Tort Litigation, working in management in the banking and mortgage industry. In addition, Dana served her country on active duty in the United States Marine Corps.
