Christian W. Allan advises companies on intellectual property and data privacy matters involving innovative technologies, life sciences, and product counseling. Drawing on his background in bioengineering and intellectual property law, he helps clients protect and maximize the value of their innovations, advertise their products and comply with emerging compliance regimes.

Christian counsels clients on patent and trademark matters, intellectual property strategy, freedom-to-operate analyses, and data privacy and artificial intelligence regulatory compliance. Christian also supports businesses facing regulatory investigation and litigation concerning their use of technology, including in the advertising technology space.

Before practicing law, he worked in research and development, contributing to patented technologies and product commercialization efforts across the chemical and biotechnology industries. His technical experience enables him to provide practical, business-focused guidance on complex scientific and intellectual property issues.
