Charlie Hayes assists clients in all phases of litigation in both state and federal trial courts. His primary areas of practice are personal injury, commercial litigation, eminent domain actions, and employment litigation. He specializes in defending transportation companies from claims arising from motor vehicle collisions.

Charlie also advises clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation issues, including contract and business tort disputes, as well as construction defect actions.

During law school, Charlie served as judicial extern to the Honorable Edward C. Prado of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Honorable David A. Ezra of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
