Brittany Ryers-Hindbaugh brings a strong background in legal research, appellate advocacy, and government practice, with experience analyzing complex statutory and regulatory issues and supporting high-stakes litigation matters. Her work has involved navigating administrative and regulatory frameworks, preparing persuasive legal arguments, and advising on matters affecting public agencies and stakeholders.

Prior to joining the firm, Brittany served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frank K. Friedman of the Court of Appeals of Virginia, where she conducted extensive legal research, prepared bench memoranda, and assisted in drafting appellate opinions. She also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, representing the agency in appellate proceedings and handling matters involving complex legal and procedural issues.

Brittany’s experience working within government and judicial institutions provides her with valuable insight into regulatory processes, administrative decision-making, and appellate strategy. She leverages that perspective to help clients address legal, regulatory, and operational challenges across the environmental, energy, and natural resources sectors.
