She also advises in relation to post bankruptcy matters such as bankruptcy extension applications, applications in relation to family homes, and asset recovery litigation.
Bríanne has advised and represented liquidators, receivers, examiners, directors, and shareholders in matters relating to corporate restructuring, insolvency, and informal schemes of arrangement. She has significant experience acting in examinerships, receiverships, court-ordered liquidations, and both creditors’ and members’ voluntary liquidations.
Bríanne also advises a broad range of commercial and private clients on litigation matters, including commercial disputes, defamation claims, professional negligence cases, and asset or debt recovery. She also provides guidance on non-contentious employment matters.
