Bismanjeet Bhatti represents clients in a range of California civil litigation matters, including toxic tort claims, contract disputes, personal injury actions, habitability litigation, premises liability, and public entity defense. She manages cases from intake through resolution, working with clients and witnesses to understand the underlying facts, assess litigation issues, and develop strategies responsive to each matter’s objectives.

Her litigation experience encompasses drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, interviewing clients and witnesses, retaining expert witnesses, subpoenaing records, appearing at hearings, and preparing matters for trial. This hands-on experience across the litigation lifecycle allows her to identify important factual and procedural issues and keep clients informed as their matters progress.

Bisman also assists with mediation and trial preparation and has led settlement negotiations in multiple matters. Her approach combines detailed case management with a focus on the practical considerations that influence litigation strategy, including the strength of the record, procedural posture, expert needs, and available paths toward resolution.
