With more than 20 years of litigation experience in a broad range of legal matters, Bethany is adept at handling all phases of litigation from commencement through trial. Bethany’s previous experience includes business and commercial litigation, class action litigation, product liability, disability discrimination, wrongful termination, and healthcare litigation.
