Benjamin Branson has experience in every characteristic of litigation, from pre-litigation mediation, discovery requests/responses, dispositive motion practice, all the way to jury and bench trials. His unique strategy for litigation incorporates post-judgment enforcement and corporate workouts to gain a complete and positive resolution for his clients. Coupling litigation with a business mindset gives Benjamin an edge over many other lawyers resulting in actual recovery for his clients.

Benjamin regularly litigates business disputes, real estate matters, commercial litigation, and post-judgment enforcement asserting creditor’s rights. Benjamin has tried several jury trials, bench trials, evidentiary hearings, and arbitrations of all forms in both state and federal courts and has been successful on several appeals. Benjamin has represented a wide range of clients in many industries as well as investors and nonprofits throughout the Southwest. His diverse practices allow representation of clients facing multi-faceted issues.

With the knowledge acquired through litigation, Benjamin is also involved in commercial transactions including commercial real estate development, commercial leases, as well as purchase and sale agreements of entity interests whether an asset purchase or stock purchase. In addition, Benjamin has experience with insurance coverage providing opinions regarding Director and Officer’s Insurance Policies, Errors and Omissions Policies, as well as General Commercial Liability Policies.
