Austin Kahn focuses his practice on construction litigation and construction-related disputes, representing contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, developers, owners, and other construction industry participants in matters arising on construction projects. He handles disputes involving construction defects, delay and disruption claims, scope and payment disputes, lien and bond claims, and contract interpretation issues, and represents clients in state and federal courts as well as arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

In addition to his litigation practice, Austin advises clients on contract drafting and negotiation, risk mitigation, and other transactional and business matters that arise during the course of construction projects or general business practice.
