Armand “AJ” Mangulis is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice, where he focuses on construction, employment and general commercial litigation and advising governmental and municipal agencies. He represents clients across a broad range of industries in both state and federal courts.

AJ  has experience handling complex construction disputes on behalf of owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors, including matters involving breach of contract, delay and disruption, construction defects, and payment claims. He regularly works collaboratively with industry professionals to support effective litigation strategies.

AJ’s commercial litigation practice includes representing companies in contract disputes, business torts, partnership and shareholder matters, product liability claims, and employment disputes. He is experienced in all phases of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and works closely with clients to develop efficient, business oriented solutions to complex disputes.

As an advisor, AJ has counseled numerous private and public entities on a variety of topics including risk management, best practices, bidding requirements, meeting decorum, and compliance with the Sunshine Act, the Political Subdivision Tort Claims Act, the Unfair Trade Practice and Consumer Protection Law, and other applicable federal, state, and local laws.
