Andrew Medina’s practice includes insurance defense, construction disputes, and matters involving county entities. Andrew manages key aspects of complex civil discovery. He propounds and responds to written discovery, takes and defends depositions, and drafts motions arising from the discovery process. He also assists with mediation and brings a preparation-focused perspective to dispute resolution. Before beginning his legal practice, Andrew supported trial preparation and conducted legal research and motion drafting for attorneys across a litigation firm, giving him an early foundation in coordinated case management and persuasive legal writing. Before that he worked in marketing for an international Japanese food company, developing communication strategies for key target markets across three national brands. He also worked at an advertising agency, supporting major studio film releases and developing promotional content ideas to generate audience excitement around upcoming films.
