Andrew Medina’s practice includes insurance defense, construction disputes, and matters involving county entities. He supports clients throughout the litigation process, developing discovery strategies, evaluating case information, and preparing written and oral advocacy designed to advance each matter efficiently. His experience includes appearing in court for dispositive and discovery motions, case management conferences, orders to show cause, and other proceedings.

Andrew manages key aspects of complex civil discovery. He propounds and responds to written discovery, takes and defends depositions, and drafts motions arising from the discovery process. He also assists with mediation and brings a preparation-focused perspective to dispute resolution. Before beginning his legal practice, Andrew supported trial preparation and conducted legal research and motion drafting for attorneys across a litigation firm, giving him an early foundation in coordinated case management and persuasive legal writing.
