Andrew advocates for his clients through all stages of arbitration and litigation in both state and federal court, striving to efficiently resolve disputes in favor of his clients. In all matters, Andrew always strives to provide the highest level of client service, keeping clients informed and engaged from intake through final resolution.
Andrew has extensive experience in serving as an arbitrator in the Compulsory Arbitration System of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas – Civil Division. Andrew also maintains active involvement with the Allegheny County Bar Association by serving as an officer in the Construction Law Section, assisting with the presentation of Continuing Legal Education sessions with the Civil Litigation Section, and graduating from the Bar Leadership Initiative, where he helped to brighten the holiday season for children in shelters around the Pittsburgh area by serving on the Children’s Gift Drive committee. Andrew also engages in various pro bono matters, including by assisting with the preparation of estate planning documents for first responders, military veterans, and their families at Wills for Heroes events.
Additionally, while at Penn State Law, Andrew served as a member of the Rural Economic Development Clinic, where he drafted contracts and agreements for local clients while advising them in various business matters. Andrew also worked as a Legal Intern for an engineering and architecture company, where he reviewed contracts, managed various corporate governance and registration matters, and vetted potential clients and corporate partners. Finally, during his undergraduate studies, Andrew completed internships related to construction and civil engineering, including as an Assistant Project Engineer during both the design and build phases of a new wing addition on a regional hospital and as a Junior Consultant at a site-civil development engineering firm.
