Alexandria Cannito advises businesses and organizations on navigating Nevada’s legislative and regulatory landscape. She helps clients understand how policy developments affect their operations and works with them to shape outcomes during and between legislative sessions.

As a Legislative Consultant, Alexandria monitors and analyzes legislation across a range of industries, including healthcare, education, liquor, and financial services. During the legislative session, she works directly with lobbyists and lawmakers to advance client priorities and respond quickly to evolving proposals. In the interim, she continues tracking regulatory developments, following emerging candidates, and helping clients prepare for shifts in the political landscape.

Clients also rely on Alexandria for practical guidance beyond the Legislature. She assists with business and liquor licensing, consumer litigation funding compliance, and stakeholder engagement strategies that support long-term growth. Her work includes drafting advocacy materials, conducting policy research, managing client communications, and coordinating outreach efforts that align policy goals with business objectives.

Before entering government affairs, Alexandria worked as a journalist. That experience sharpened her ability to analyze complex issues, ask the right questions, and communicate clearly under pressure. She brings that same focus and discipline to her work today, helping clients stay informed, prepared, and positioned to act.
