Alex has obtained guardianships and served as court-appointed counsel in several Western Pennsylvania counties. He has overseen adoption hearings and contributed to estate litigation, drafted and negotiated gestational carrier contracts on behalf of intended parents, and overseen the birth registration process for successful gestational carrier arrangements. This combination of planning and courtroom experience allows Alex to recognize potential disputes and address contested issues when they arise.

Alex’s practice experience also includes family law, government relations, and corporate counseling. He has reviewed and drafted contracts for corporate clients, giving him an additional perspective on the legal and practical considerations that affect individuals, families, and businesses. Before entering the legal field, Alex worked in a psychiatric emergency-room setting, providing additional useful background for his current work in estates and trusts.
