Ahmad C. Chamseddine assists clients with complex business and commercial litigation, contracts, entity formation, and real estate services. In addition, he advises small business and corporate clients on a wide range of compliance and governance issues within the banking and financial services sector.

Within his complex commercial litigation practice, Ahmad has experience litigating contract disputes, private equity transaction disputes, products liability actions, automobiles, commercial vehicles, and copyright proceedings. Ahmad has significant experience drafting an arguing substantive dispositive motions and motions in limine that substantially limited potential claims and damages, leading to favorable resolutions for clients. His experiences in the courtroom includes state and federal courts in Michigan.

In addition to litigating, Ahmad advises businesses and corporate clients on matters that include privacy, consumer financial protection, HIPAA, data security and governance, regulatory compliance, and labor and employment. Ahmad assists clients by addressing various operational concerns, including drafting and revising business policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure appropriate compliance.
