Adam N. Rosenberg

Senior Attorney

Adam N. Rosenberg provides trusted legal counsel to a wide range of clients, from entrepreneurs and nonprofits to large global companies. He handles complex litigation matters in federal and state courts, as well as regularly advises clients regarding compliance and other critical issues. Adam also has extensive experience handling intellectual property disputes in federal district courts and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He assists clients in protecting and enforcing their trademark portfolios by monitoring and investigating issues, drafting cease-and-desist demands, and litigating when necessary.

Adam has represented major healthcare, media, technology, and pharmaceutical companies in complex antitrust investigations and litigation, including allegations of price fixing in advertisements and generic drugs. He also regularly advises clients and in-house counsel regarding antitrust compliance issues and policy.

Adam spent the first six years of his legal career as an associate in Washington, D.C., where he practiced in the areas of litigation, antitrust investigations, and compliance.

Adam graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a contributing editor of the Michigan Law Review and a member of OUTlaws. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for Judge Michael J. Davis of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
