Adam Miller is a former Deputy Attorney General with more than two decades at the California Department of Justice. His assignments spanned the Civil, Criminal, and Public Rights Divisions, with specialized work in the Antitrust Section and Privacy Unit. Having spent his government career on the enforcement side of antitrust, consumer protection, and privacy issues, Adam now brings a regulator’s perspective to private practice.

Adam has a background in complex civil litigation and administrative proceedings. A CIPP/US- and CIPP/E-certified privacy professional with a Computer Science degree from Brandeis University, Adam draws on technical fluency in matters involving data privacy, AI, and emerging technology.
