Ray Koenig to Co-Present at The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel 2019 Fall Meeting

Clark Hill attorney Ray Koenig III will co-present at The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) 2019 Fall Meeting in Philadelphia on Saturday, October 19. Koenig’s co-panelists are F. Peter Conaty, Jr. of Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware, and Rebecca Wallenfelsz of Chapman and Cutler LLP in Chicago, Illinois. Koenig and his co-panelists will present the topic “Lending as a Creative Planning Solution: Understanding the Bad and Avoiding the Ugly, So All is Good.” Koenig’s focus during the co-presentation will be on the risks to fiduciaries in participating on various lending schemes. Koenig is an ACTEC Fellow and serves as Member in Charge of Clark Hill’s Chicago office.
