Krystal R. Mikkilineni Joins Clark Hill’s Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice Group as a Member in Phoenix Office

Clark Hill is pleased to welcome Krystal R. Mikkilineni to the Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice group as a Member in their Phoenix office. As a natural leader whose experience spans a range of industries—including healthcare, senior living, retail, manufacturing, and agribusiness—Mikkilineni represents clients and collaborates with colleagues across the country on complex commercial reorganizations and restructurings, including in-court and out-of-court workouts.

Mikkilineni advises businesses, debtors, creditors, trustees, and others with reorganizations, insolvency matters, in-court and out-of-court workouts, and bankruptcy proceedings under Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13. With a focus on Chapter 11 cases, she helps clients through corporate restructurings, transactional work, and sales within the bankruptcy context. She also has experience handling company sales and acquisitions outside of bankruptcy proceedings.

Mikkilineni’s practice focuses on helping clients navigate financial distress through strategic solutions. She has successfully led multiple evidentiary hearings, covering 363 sales, debtor-in-possession lending, cash collateral, disclosure statements, plan confirmations, assumption motions, non-dischargeability, and student loan dischargeability issues.
