Clark Hill Strasburger Attorney Edward Burdzinski to Receive Houston Bar Association President’s Award
Clark Hill Strasburger attorney Edward Burdzinski, who is Chairman of the Houston Bar Association (HBA) Corporate Counsel Section, will receive the HBA President’s Award for this fiscal year. The HBA has over 20 Sections in various areas of the law, and only two Section chairs received this award this year.
“I’ve worked as in-house counsel and as outside counsel, so I have always felt a special connection with the Corporate Counsel Section and its members. The award is a testament to the extraordinary dedication and hard work of the 12 exceptional attorneys serving as our directors, I am so grateful to them; this award is theirs as well,” Burdzinski said.
Burdzinksi is Senior Counsel in Clark Hill Strasburger’s Banking & Financial Services group, based in the firm’s Houston office. He has provided trusted, practical legal services to businesses and individuals for more than 30 years, including over 12 years as general counsel of a community bank. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial real estate finance, entity formation, real estate sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and general business matters.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is observing LGBTQ+ Pride Month, and the anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Bostock v. Clayton County, by releasing new resources to educate employers about the rights of applicants and workers to be free from sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination.
