Clark Hill Signs Full-Floor Lease at Granite's 3630 Peachtree in Atlanta

January 30, 2025

Clark Hill, an international law firm that launched its Atlanta office in July, has signed a 15-year lease at 3630 Peachtree, a mixed-use building with Class-AA, trophy office space, Ritz-Carlton residences, and multiple on-site restaurants including the Michelin-recommended Tomo. The firm will initially occupy the entire seventh floor, the equivalent of 28,300 square feet, and will have the ability to grow its office footprint further if and when appropriate.

“Our growth in Atlanta has been beyond expectations,” said Christina Moore, Member-in-Charge of the Atlanta office who maintains an active commercial real estate practice. “We decided to plant roots in Buckhead for many reasons, including access to transportation routes, the ability to increase our office space, as well as the many amenities and services in and around the building. But most importantly, we wanted to be where our clients are and where they can easily get to us. We’re excited to get settled into our new offices in 2025.”

Clark Hill opened its doors in Atlanta in July 2024 with a group of eight lawyers. Since then, the office has attracted top-tier talent from around the region and now has 19 attorneys, with additional growth on the horizon. Lawyers have been working out of temporary office space and moved to the fifth floor of 3630 Peachtree in early December to await the completion of the seventh-floor space. The fully built-out offices will include nearly 60 exterior and interior offices and will house more than 75 lawyers and professional support staff. The firm’s internal design and technology teams are managing the build out in coordination with the architecture firm Partners by Design. Moore expects the office build-out to be completed mid-2025.

Granite Properties owns the 33-story, 438,910 square feet building which is LEED Gold, Energy Star, Fitwel, and WELL Building-certified. Located at 3630 Peachtree Rd NE, the building includes a fitness center, conference facility, executive boardroom, and restaurants Tomo, F&B Atlanta, and Table One Cafe.  Additionally, there are hotels, shops, and restaurants within walking distance, including Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square. Conveniently located, 3630 Peachtree offers easy access to GA-400 and is a short distance from Buckhead and Lenox MARTA stations.

“Atlanta and the Southeast region continue to be a rapid growth area for our clients and for the firm,” said John Hensien, Clark Hill’s Chief Executive Officer. “We’re thrilled with what our team in Atlanta is doing and look forward to attracting more terrific lawyers to the firm and to doing great work for clients.”

“Granite is thrilled to welcome international law firm, Clark Hill, to 3630 Peachtree. We look forward to providing an exceptional work experience fostering teamwork and productivity as the firm makes its mark in Atlanta. Our building is in a prime location in Buckhead surrounded by walkable shops and restaurants and easily accessible for employees and clients,” said John Robbins, Senior Managing Director, Granite Properties. “We continue to see an increase in leasing activity at 3630 Peachtree and our other Class-A+ buildings in Atlanta,” he added.

Clark Hill was represented on the lease transaction by Bert Sanders of Newmark and Ethan Braham and Craig Braham of Advocate Advisors. Granite was represented by Glenn Kolker, Bryan Heller, and Parker Welton of Stream Realty.
